Items ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders ship using FedEx ground or Home Delivery. If you would like faster delivery please specify in your order comments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition along with a Product Return and Exchange Authorization Form (below) for a full exchange or refund, excluding original shipping & handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Full refunds are given if merchandise is returned within 30 days of original shipping date. Merchandise returned after 30 days will receive a merchandise credit which may be applied to future purchases. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise to Sean Charles Apparel unless Sean Charles Apparel shipped the incorrect or defective product. The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition. If items have been worn or damaged in any way they will not be accepted and you will not be issued a refund.

Complete the Return Form and enclose it with your return or exchange. Allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
